During the early days of my nursing career, I always needed clarification from fellow nurses while receiving handoff sheets. To track all the details, this is the nursing brain I have produced and used over the past seven years. It has always helped me feel prepared and confident to pass on the report sheet. While receiving it, if any field still needed to be filled out, the detailed version reminded me what to ask my fellow nurse before handoff was done. Having details already written there made it easier and faster to exchange the report with fellow staff. This report sheet is going to help you as well.
